| 83.1 | Local law enforcement | |
| By this Charter, the local law enforcement of a member state is recognized as the local area based organisations reporting to a local Executive Government which itself is a subordinate government to a State government which itself as subordinate to a National Government of a member state. | ||
| 84.2 | Local government administration | |
By this Charter, the local government administration of a member state is recognized as the public servants and official supporting the actions of the Local Parliament and the Local Executive Government of a local region belonging to a state, itself a part of a nation also being a member state of the Union. |
