  Article 26- Membership of Union  
26.1 Membership of Union  
  As all men and women are ipso facto members of the Society of One Heaven in accordance with Article 38 of Pactum De Singularis Caelum also known as the Covenant of One Heaven, all men and women living within the metes and bounds of the Globe Union are by law members of the Society.  
  Free association with the Globe Union Free Society shall be available for all companies and corporations registered on the Land of the region of Europe, or operating on the Land of the region of Europe, or having a parent company operating on the Land of the region of Europe not disqualified from being a member under the articles of this Charter.  
  Free association with the Globe Union Free Society shall be available for all local, state and national governments duly elected to represent their citizens representing a claimed territory of the region of Europe not disqualified from being a member under the articles of this Charter.  
26.2 Members and Citizenship  
  Where the Charter and by-laws exist as the laws of a Local, State or National body applying to all men, women, persons and foreign agents, then the meaning of Citizen shall have the same meaning as Member.  
26.3 Members of Member entities  
  Where a body having its own members is accepted in being a member of the Globe Union Free Society, all its members shall automatically become members of the Free Society, unless such specific exclusion of this act is requested and granted as part of the application process.  
26.4 Register of Sovereign Borne Records and Membership  
  All Members shall be given a unique number representing their unique membership to the Society consistent and the same as their Unique Membership number issued under the Covenant of One Heaven.  
  In accordance with Article 42 of Pactum De Singularis Caelum also known as the Covenant of One Heaven, this number also represents a valid Register number from the Great Register of One Heaven of the Live Sovereign Borne Record of each and every member.  
  In accordance with Article 36 of Pactum De Singularis Caelum also known as the Covenant of One Heaven, the Sovereign Borne Record of a sovereign member also represents a sacred bond and therefore the valid existence of a Divine Canon Lien and 1st lien. Therefore no issued instruments, bonds, documents, liens, trusts against any man or woman, living or deceased by an alternate non-Ucadian society has validity or superiority.
