| 7.1 | Happiness | |
| One of the most universal of all wants and desires of all men and women is to be "free from pain", most often expressed in the positive as the "desire for pleasure, gratification and happiness." |
||
| 7.2 | Happiness of men and women | |
| While virtually all Men and Women seek happiness, happiness itself is paradoxically will always be linked to a unique and individual life that will experience pain, suffering and sadness. |
||
| Furthermore, a life of pure happiness, free from any pain represents itself a half-life, one without season, without cycle and incomplete. Such a life defies the natural laws of the universe. |
||
| Neither a nation, nor a Charter, however inspired, can architect a world of pure happiness. Yet, the quality of a nations foundation will always profoundly influence whether its citizens are generally happy, or oppressed. |
||
| 7.3 | The principle of self-love, the elimination of self-hate | |
| It is a founding principle of this Charter to help citizens find value and meaning in their lives, that the greatest love and the foundation of all valid virtue is to love and respect oneself. |
||
| It shall also be a founding principle of this Charter that all belief systems and communication that promote self-hate, (representing the foundation for negative emotion and behaviours) in whatever form, shall be clearly identified, labelled and regulated under the appropriate statutes. |

| 7.4 | The promotion of ancient natural remedies for pain, the banning of synthetic remedies that seek to substitute nature | |
| It is a fact that for over 6,000 years a key ingredient for a happy community life for men and women has been access to free and naturally grown remedies for pain such as narcotic plants and herbs. | ||
| However, in less than sixty years since the advent of synthetic pharmacology, men and women have for the first time in the history of our race been denied the right to free and natural pain remedy, instead being forced to purchase synthetic alternatives on pain of imprisonment. | ||
| Furthermore, this system of deliberate theft and corruption has been promoted and assisted by such evil organizations as the Roman Cult and their agents who proclaim that the ban of naturally side-effect free natural remedies for pain, in preference for synethic pain killers with many and unknown side effects is morally justified and that after 6,000 years naturally and free grown remedies for pain are now suddenly immoral. | ||
| This Charter wholly rejects as supremely evil and corrupt the present system that permits tremendous profits to be extracted from the population for the precious few, denying men and women a most ancient right to freedom from pain, destroying the ability for governments to fund effective health care, promoting the illegal drug trade and claiming some moral mandate. | ||
